  I was amazed at the amount of time this busy team were able and prepared to spend with me. I found their advice helpful and encouraging, but never pushy. I am now the very proud owner of a Hanson clarinet which is better than expected in every way and makes me want to play.

  I own a rosewood T5 Bb clarinet purchased October 2015. It is a beautiful work of art with a wonderful tone. The first one got lost somewhere between the States and England, never to be found. The second one finally came but the whole process seemed to be VERY drawn out. We decided to get international calling on our phones in order to get answers to our questions. Fast forward, I started communicating with Alastair early July 2016 needing a shorter barrel. I was hesitant to do so because of the first experience. As of the end of August the barrel has not arrived. I was told it was sent 5 weeks ago by Royal mail with no tracking. Another one bites the dust. There have been no follow up email/phone calls on their part. Thankful we got international calling on our cell phones because the emails we sent were not acknowledged. I give this a 2 star review not for the quality of the instrument (that gets 5 stars) but for the poor customer service, although very friendly chaps.
